You might have seen in the news that Pavement Brands is looking for a new ways to take our stores and fashion to the next level. We have loved being part of your world for the past 12 years but think it is time for a new investor or owner who can help build on all we have started.

What does that mean? We are continuing to trade but we are also working with Pitcher Partners on getting the business ready. We want to make sure Pavement continues bigger and better than ever.

Our customers mean the world to us and we want to make sure Pavement is able to keep serving you up the fashion, accessories and gifts you love. At a personal level, the whole team would like to thank our customers for being the fantastic, loyal and passionate people you are. We look forward to bringing you the best for a long time to come.

We are available online with no delays in shipping. We’ll continue to bring you fashion, inspiration, promotions and ongoing free shipping on orders over $50.

 

RETURNS

Our online returns process is easy, and there will also be a 14 day grace period once our stores have re-opened if you’ve not been able to return your item within our 30 day return policy.

CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER DUE TO COVID-19?

Absolutely! We are available online so you can shop as much as you want. There’s no delay in delivery and we ship globally!

In Australia our stores are temporarily closed.

Our distribution centre remains open for online orders for Pavementbrands.com where you can shop as much as you want and have no delays in shipping.

 

AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED, CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

In Australia, as soon as you place your order, we start working on it right away. Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an order once it's placed.

 

IF MY LOCAL STORE IS CLOSED, HOW CAN I RETURN MY IN STORE PURCHASE?

Items purchased in store can only be returned to a store location. We’ll have a 14 day grace period once our stores have opened if you’ve not been able to return your item within our 30 day return policy.

A reminder returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags, and where applicable hygiene stickers still attached. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met.

 

IF MY LOCAL STORE IS CLOSED, HOW CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

Unfortunately you can’t return your purchase to a closed store at this time. We’ll have a 14 day grace period once our stores have opened if you’ve not been able to return your item within our 30 day return policy. Otherwise you can use our easy online return process
