To guarantee all deliveries are delivered to YOU, and nobody else, we ask for a signature to ensure safe delivery of your parcel.
Delivery charges cover packaging & delivery cost. We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of your goods in transit by Australia Post. While we endeavor to process your order as promptly as possible, once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and is with AusPost, we have no control over delivery times once it is has left our warehouse.
For the status of your parcel (once it has been dispatched from our warehouse) you will receive a tracking number which you can follow via the AusPost website.
In the unfortunate circumstance where an item may be sold out, we will let you know quickly. If this is the case, we will be in touch within 2 business days so you can consider an alternative item, or your money will be refunded. During busy periods (Sale times + Nov-Dec) where we have sold out, we will automatically refund you the amount you paid for the item(s).

Christmas Extended Exchange Period
Covers items purchased in November and December. If you change your mind, unwashed, unworn or unused items, originally tagged and packaged may be returned with receipt of exchange until 7th January. Our 14 day refund policy still applies during this. This applies to all purchases, excluding sale items. Return faulty merchandise with your receipt for a full refund or exchange. There is no refund on sale items. Sale items may be exchanged with receipt.
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from pavementbrands.com. However, if you have changed your mind, or have received an item that is faulty or significantly different to that being displayed, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to our current return policy conditions set out below:

If you have changed your mind, unwashed, unworn or unused items may be returned, with receipt, for exchange, credit note (available in-store only) or refund within the 14 days of purchase and if the original tags are still on the items. If the item/s being returned were purchased via EFTPOS or credit card, the refund must go back onto this same card. This applies to all purchases, excluding sale items. If your item/s is faulty or damaged, please return faulty merchandise with your receipt to any store for a full refund or exchange. Sale items however can only be exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase. No refund or credit note is issued for sale items.
If your located within Australia and need to return an item for refund or exchange we want to make that as easy as possible for you. All you need to do is follow these quick steps:
- Print a returns_exchanges form here , complete the form and place inside your return package
- Follow this link to print an AusPost return label
- Post your labelled package at an AusPost mailbox or outlet
That’s all. Easy!
If you're returning items for an exchange or change of mind you will be charged a small flat rate of $4.95 to cover the return shipping label however if the return is for faulty or damaged item/s there are no charges.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to use our easy return label service or you are an international customer you can send your item/s with the returns form to:

Please pack the item/s to be returned securely with original packaging, with proper packaging materials. Please note: Merchandise that is improperly packed for return shipping and is damaged in shipping will not be accepted for any refund or exchange.
- We cannot accept a return or exchange for swimwear that has been removed from its original packaging and has the hygiene sticker removed.
- We will issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase date with receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned item/s.
Online store purchases can be returned or exchanged in-store. Above conditions apply and the online order must be accompanied by a tax invoice. Your tax invoice is received via email after you have placed your order online. Please note: if you paid via Paypal for your online purchase and request a refund in-store, this can take up to 1-2 business days to process.
